TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • This is part of our quotations at Elite Tiling and Plumbing LTD.

  • If the customer purchases materials and goods directly then the final finish cannot be guaranteed.

  • Any extra materials required to complete the work to an acceptable standard will be charged in addition to the quotation.

  • All rubbish will be bagged up and left in an agreed place for the customer to dispose of. Disposal can be arranged and will be charged accordingly.

  • All quotes are subject to a site visit from Elite Tiling and Plumbing LTD. Any quotes done over the phone or email is subject to change.

  • To confirm a booking a deposit of the materials will be arranged.

  • Booking fees are non refundable.

  • Full payment is due on completion of the job, either cash, card payment or immediate bank transfer. When paying card a small admin fee will be charged. Sorry for inconvenience but we don’t accept cheques.

  • A 14% daily interest will be added to any late payment. Any payment refusals will result in removal of unpaid goods and/or small claims court.

  • Customers are responsible for tile collection unless agreed beforehand.

  • Pets and children must be kept away where possible to reduce risk of accidents.

  • You are responsible for moving your furniture and any other things that will affect us from working in the area before work is due to be carried out unless agreed beforehand.

  • Whilst we try our best to keep dust to a minimal we cannot be held responsible for dust caused during or after the period of our work.

  • We will need to be able to access to water, electric, toilet facilities and somewhere for us to dispose of the water.

  • It is agreed by you, our customer, that images of before, during or after of the work can be used at the discretion of Elite Tiling and Plumbing LTD for the purpose of future advertising unless discussed beforehand.

  • All dates are subject to change.

  • Working hours may fluctuate due to drying times. In order for the correct finish to be carried out all work is carried out to the current British standards. Without the correct drying times the end result can be damaged.

  • Complaints procedure - All complaints must be emailed directly to our company email, elitetilingandplumbing@gmail.com along with any complaints we request photos of the problem. Once this is received we will arrange a site visit to asses any problems and arrange a date for repairs. If the complaint is around staffing, for example punctuality, this is also expected to be dealt with through the same procedure. Any major issues such as dysfunctional shower area will be dealt with asap.

  • All extras will be charged accordingly.

  • 0% policy around any rude or inappropriate language towards staff. If this is breached we may pull of the project and request payment for what work we have done. If payment isn’t met we will take legal action against the debtor.  

 

All our terms and conditions are set in place to keep everyone safe and informed of our standard operating procedures. If for some reason these can’t be stuck to please contact Warren directly. Any general questions staff will be able to answer.
